Elfin Lied, one of the anime series I got for christmas, was as expected. I tried to tolerate it, I really did, because some parts you can work out on your own... but the translation is astonishingly shitty. Christmas was just another day. A big hole, like any other. The depressive state is still here, but thankfully it isnt deepening. Y'know, even having a serrated lemon-juice covered glass-knife stuck in the side of your arse for long enough, and you get used to it.
