I knew a girl.

I knew a few good people, in my time. Whatever time that was. But mostly, I knew a girl. Real or not real, its all circumstantial.

The point being, no one will ever be that girl and she will never be anyone. I've known her and I've known nobody.

I am to say the least, ecstatic.

But also miserably miserably depressed.

So I've been busy. Yes I've been working. In the office that I now can say I am a valid part of, not just the new girl that needs to be taught how to do things. I am a fully functional demo-recorder, official email sender-outer, eloquent letter writer, computer nerd, and otherwise surprisingly well rounded individual. I am not confused.

And three weeks is a very long time. When its nice outside, and legs are bare. And the decemberists blast your speakers apart, constantly. And you know thats the only thing you'll share, for three weeks. After three very long days.

it is time for some much delayed spring cleaning.

The sun rises much quicker than I remember, it was almost uncomfortably fast.

Its nice, you know. Not having expectations. When people surprise you.

And meeting people, that you can relate to. That are comfortable.

In other news, I really like Beck.

And I've got to get to reading all those old books I bought.

I went to the annual strawberry festival at the church on Falls yesterday. My mom used to take us every year, she liked it a lot. This year, instead of purchasing strawberry paraphernalia I bought myself 5 extremely worn (all the more to love them for) and fairly ancient books, all $1 each ( Read more... )
