i've gained TEN pounds thus far. TEN FUCKING POUNDS. i am disgusted with myself. ive never ever ever ever weighed this much in my entire life and i just feel NASTYYYYY. :(!!!
i ran at the rec today. i'm going to continue doing this until i lose 10 pounds.
