Hard work pays off
Hey girls! Hope you all are doing great. I'm just gonna do a short update.
So I began one of my 12 hour shifts, today. I made $140! Woo! Hopefully tomorrow, on my second 12 hour shift, I can make the same amount or MORE since Joanna, my best friend/roommate, are going to be behind the bar at night. The only reason why I'm working 12 hours/3 days ( Read more... ) -
Lesson Learned
Well as most of you all know, I'm not with Rod anymore. Lesson learned, now, I have moved on.
So far, being 21 isn't as great as it seems. Sure, for a couple of days it did, I get to order a beer whenever I want, but after that it's just not a big deal, to me, at least. My big 2-1 celebration wasn't all that great. I tried to make the best of it. ( Read more... ) -

Haven't posted in a while so here it goes.
I have a boyfriend. His name is Roger. It's so weird how all this came about. It happened all so quickly but I'm loving life right now. He makes me happy.
Work sucks right now. It's super slow and for the first time in a long time I've been saying, "I don't have money" and it sucks. I'm thinking of working ( Read more... ) -

*UPDATE*
Still working at Texas Roadhouse. Waiting on people almost every day is exhausting, but the money is great! I'm working behind the bar. It's alright. Maybe when I get the hang of it, it'll be better.

Great week!
Monday I was offered to be a trainer at Roadhouse and I took it. It doesn't pay anything but if I hang in there a little bit longer maybe I'll get moved up to expo and they get paid $9/hr!
Wednesday I worked from 3-close and almost hit a bill! Came home that night with $93. I needed that money. Thank you God and to the generous winter texans! :)

:D - I woke up excited to apply at Kumori. My ex-manager that used to work at Joe's is a manager at Kumori and he's pretty sure I'm going to get the job. I just have to get an interview from the GM tomorrow or soon, hopefully.
