Today, Patricia and I spent the afternoon doing a little catch-up on our "you know what we should do?" list. The first thing we did was visit the Seattle Art Museum, better known here as the SAM. We particularly went there to see there new exhibit Between Past and Future: New Photography and Video from China. There were so many amazing and thought-

i've seen opera before...it was awesome. it was "hansel and gretel" at the dorothy chandler pavillion in l.a. i was really young, maybe 9 years old. you've got to go to the opera. it's amazing.

and you've got to take your girlfriend to a musical!!!
has she ever watched moulin rouge?

I'm not sure if Moulin Rouge is a good starter musical. I was thinking something like West Side Story, something familiar.
