have you seen the previews for this cop show called "SOUTHLAND" on NBC? They have a blurb that runs by that calls it "THE E.R. OF COP SHOWS." Then there is a clip of a cop on the show saying "THE VICTIM CAN BE THE SUSPECT. THE SUSPECT CAN BE THE VICTIM." Then as the perp glances and the cop's partner, he says "HE'S NEW... HE'S NEW."
