I'm sorry I haven't been commenting much or updating at all. My first week of classes has been unbelievably busy. Even though today I didn't have any classes at all, I was out of my room from 9:30 AM until 11:00 PM. Crazy, right? Sorry I haven't really been posting or commenting. I moved back to school a few days ago, and I've just been really busy. It's so great though! I'm having a bunch of fun with new friends. I just read The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho, and it was AMAZING, I highly HIGHLY recommend it. It was so inspirational! I was really thinking a lot recently about if I really want to do this Art History thing for real or not, and the book help me put those doubts aside. It's hard to believe that love exists when you don't see it at all. My parents are divorced, and no boy has shown any real interest in me since I don't remember when. The past few days, I keep asking myself, "What can I not do?" And then I think about it, and then I get an incredible urge to do it. I've been way too good. Well, not perfect. For those who don't know, Something Corporate is a very very very great band. And I saw them live. It. Was. Epic. SoCo went on hiatus about five years ago. They haven't done anything since then, but now they're on a reunion tour, and selling out shows around the country. They were my FAVORITE band when I was like... 13. Today I spent the day in NYC with my dad. We went to the Frick Collection over on Fifth and 70th, and then over to the Whitney on Madison and 75th. I STILL LOVE MUSEUMS. We covered a lot of ground, but there were a few works that I just can't get out of my head. So I decided to share them with you:

o93: CUB CUB CUB!
I had such a good weekend with my college CUB friends. We went to the Poconos, a part of Pennsylvania with a bunch of mountains, wildlife, trees, lakes, etc. It was awesome. We went in a row boat, swam, made smores (WITH COOKIE DOUGH! I highly recommend this), bonded, drank, played catch phrase... Best part was I only had to pay $10 to rent the ( Read more... )
