I (finally) signed up for a real estate licensing course. I should have done this months ago. The guys in my office, who are phenomenally good with real estate, have told me I should get into sales. Like clockwork, three years later, got nailed for jury duty again. Last time I got picked up for a trial which lasted two weeks. Not that I mind jury duty, in fact I actually enjoyed it. But man not now, too much going on.
