To gregs family- I would like to thank you for bringing a bright light into the lives of all of us. He meant a lot to us all. I hope all is well with you and I hope to meet you soon... Brian Riddled with guilt Nervous Rex
It's very sad that he's gone. The dogs at the SPCA and his co-workers will really miss him. He was so talented and such a nice person. I enjoyed joking around with him and he always made me laugh - even if it was just with a wild look in his eye. He loved working with his dogs and even if he tried to quit a couple times, it was the dogs that wouldn't let him. I'm happy to have met him. -Linda
I didn't know greg very well. basically knew him through friends. sometimes we butted heads, but we always held a mutual respect for one another. he always reminded me of a big brother. one of my most poignant memories of greg was at one of his art openings at columbia college, i believe it was is the spring of 99. he was so happy that i came to his show and it made me feel really special. that just stuck in my mind and it showed me what a truly gracious person he was. i also remember a wide variety of food that was there (some swedish meatballs to be exact) that i believe his mother made. he really wanted everyone to enjoy the food and have a good time. i met his parents that day. they were the most wonderful, kind people, i knew that's were greg got his big heart from. i haven't seen him in years but i will miss him nonetheless. janel
