.....after Sparky's announcement about that green Decepticon being allowed free run of the Ark, he showed up down here in medbay to have a tracker istalled. I don't know why, but I felt the need to warn Ratchet that the job needed to be done quick as possible and our "visitor" tossed back out into the halls

..oO( Y'know, if I did just a bit extra here.. I could increase his peripheral vision another two percent... but I'd better wait until I can talk it over with him first. It's more important to get him back on his feet right now... just in case he's needed soon, Primus forbid.)Oo...
*With that, the engineer finished his work and carefully fitted the medic's helmet back into place. After a last check of the monitors, he touched the controls that would bring his friend back online, and waited.*

Gah... Thank Primus. I c'n SEE again! *He then glances to where Wheeljack is standing beside the table, a bit of a smile taking over his expression.* ...guess I should be thankin' you more, though, buddy. *He then runs a quick internal check of the time and glances to where Finch and Jinx are...both of them ((presumably)) are looking worried...still.*
....I've suddenly got the distinct feelin' I just missed somethin'. O_o

Easy now. You're not going anywhere until we run a complete diagnostic and make sure everything's back where it belongs.
*The engineer paused, then chuckled softly*

Ah, an' mechs say *I'm* bad. Alright, then... But I think maybe a quick update on the situation 'round here would be good. Call it doctor's intuition...or maybe it's just the look on Finch's faceplate over there, but somethin' tells me somethin' ain't right 'round here.

*Wheeljack didn't want to be the one to break the news, but Ratchet had to be told, and soon.*
The Decepticons have gone nuts, Ratch. They're attacking in Nevada and Texas that I know of... and almost everyone's out trying to stop them. *shakes his head* It sounds pretty bad out there already.
*Ratchet might just note that despite the bad news, the engineer's hand hasn't moved yet.*

*Noting Wheeljack's hand hasn't moved, the medic sighs heavily and lays back down, again.* Alright, let's get that diagnostic over with. Sounds like I need to be on my feet soon as I'm able.

Well, at least one of us has learned a better berth-side manner. Now, stay put and I'll get the scanner.
*The engineer reached over and picked up the delicate optical scanner, and proceeded to examine the medic closely. After nearly two breems, he laid the scanner aside and nodded.*
All right... everything looks good on this end. Why don't you try sitting up -slowly- and see what happens?

Well...my cameras seem to be adjusting properly. No trouble with th' overhead lights an' they're refocusing as needed.
*He then held up one hand, looking it over and then used a finger on the other hand to trace a seam in one finger.*
Accurate... Depth perception's alright.
