Are you having it run when you start up your computer? Because some spyware hides itself in the loading process.

How do I do that? When I go into startup settings, it's on "No Automated Scanning" and nothing that would change it is clickable.

Okay. Click "Scan now" and on that page there should be an option that says "Select scan mode:" you want to click on the circle dealy that says "Use custom scanning options" and then click on "Customize" next to that. On the page that should pop up then you'll see a button that says "Startup". Click on that and choose which scan. That should do it.

But, if for some reason that doesn't work, I'd suggest downloading Spybot: S&D after all. I know that that program lets you run it at system startup for sure. You just have to be extremely careful.

I have this spyware program called Spy Sweeper. It works really well. I'll bring it in when we get back from break. Also try using Mozilla Firefox instead of Internet Explorer if you don't already.
