 So I've had death on my mind a lot lately.  Death, dying, funerals, memorials, caskets the works.  On 02/29/08 one of my cousins hung himself from the gas line in his basement and then the house blew up and pushed it off the foundation.  The investigators said that the fittings of the pipe he hung himself from broke causing a gas leak that caused

I would be there my friend, with a bottle of good whiskey in one hand and a cigarette in the other....and then we would fire a bit of your ashes out of the cannon.

I have often thought, that if I were to pass on, that I would want an Irish wake. People partying and getting drunk, and remembering the good times, and celebrating life, not mourning death. And the one song I would want for sure played would be "the night Paddy Murphy died".

I also have been finding my self thinking about it, but more from a what will happen to my family aspect.

I think anyones life you have touched, assuming they know about it would be there, no questions asked. You are respected , admired and loved by many.
