Today, life is better, but it is more complicated than it was yesterday. I wonder what tomorrow will bring?

I remember today why a paper journal is sometimes better than an electronic one. I cannot slam my head on this journal and pretend the blood spatter is an acceptable journal entry. I will, however, say this:

When it rains, it pours.

I was in such a good mood, too.

I forget to update a lot more easily when things are going well.

That counts as an update.

I made a new friend last weekend. She views a lot of things using the same methods I do, but we have completely different outlooks on a lot of those things. Even when someone pisses me off, I handle it in a positive, high spirited manner. I think Jack might be putting something in my water. This much optimism is unhealthy.

I know I've been programming too much because I am starting to see the world in terms of C# GUIs. I read a note a friend of mine wrote about program terminology and felt it was necessary to mention that I told my design partner in a crowd of unknown majors that he "should make all his functions public in that class."

My, my...how quickly life can change. The new relationship is doing very well, and life is pretty great overall. Aaron has moved back into the apartment, so the usual disturbances are bound to come back around soon. My Uncle is a father now. My sister invited me to go to the Ren fair next month. I made a few decisions last week. I've been taking it easy for a while too long from following habits of another time. It's about the time where I knock everything out in a few weeks and coast for a while longer. It's just past 8 am, and I just got home. An alien definitely did not bust out and eat me. I can't help but wonder if things would be simpler if it did. That wouldn't be any fun, though.

I have a test in an hour, and I haven't slept. For some reason, this is not even on my top five list of things to worry about.
