That time, when we talked, and I said I didnt know what to say to you, it was because I finally told you all the things I really thought about the way things were.

Its funny cause the other day on the radio, the dj's were talking about a friend who said they were leaving their girlfriend. The Dj told the friend that he never really liked the girlfriend, thought she was all wrong, etc.

Then the friend married the girl.

The DJ felt like a total turd and their friendship didnt weather the storm.

'A time of need?' I remember driving around in the rain with you, pulling apartment brochures, talking, making plans. You said that you HAD to leave, that things had been bad for years.
