Burnt Milk

So I was making an artichoke and mushroom lasagna last night which required a bechemal sauce. Despite following the directions, I burnt the crap out of the milk and butter...figured my stove runs on the hot side. Oh man that sucks.

And the internet is a great source for cooking... I have had to look up how long to boil an egg before because I forgot.
