Thanks. Without the challenge I would never have tried some of these voices, so I'm glad I got the chance.

So many of these had me in stitches.

Obviously my fav is the London housekeeper. I love the thought of stories about her. *snort*

I also like Elsie's just for the titles. *snort* And Rosamund's because she goes on and on off track!

But William wanting a pony...

btw, old touch typist here, Gwen. It's the quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog. *snort*

You're so easy. But you know what they say -- dying is easy, it's comedy that's hard.

You don't need to be a touch typist to understand some of the reason Gwen had trouble getting jobs. Really, a lazy cow jumping over a dog?

Your command of different voices here is wonderful. I can tell who everyone is, what their position and role is just from each little drabble, without having even seen the show. :)

Your command of different voices here is wonderful.

That's the highest compliment you can give a writer like me, for whom voice is everything. Seriously, since I've started writing so much C/H, my inner voices speak with a Scottish accent.

In Hebrew? My head's exploding trying to wrap its way around what that would sound like.

Hebrew's pretty guttural, so it sounds rather like Phyllis Logan reading Robert Burns's poems.

I may have commented elsewhere, but this got me going again. I want to give William a pony :-) And Thomas...so snarky-funny. Misdirection and left-about diaries...this was just great. Now I'm giggling again :-)

I am so happy I managed to pull off humor. I'm so much facile with the angst.

I want to give William a pony

Doesn't everybody?
