I'm sure you will be assigned your own patients, Doctor... Fran?. When it comes to surgeries however, I'm sure you will be informed of which you are to partake at that time.

How I go about treating my patients is my own business. I hope you understand.

Forgive me if I come across as a bit eager. I simply find myself with an abundance of free time while everyone else seems to have an overabundance of difficult patients.

Feel free to discuss the matter with Herr Faust as he is in charge of the hospital as a whole. I have no doubts that you will soon be running a full schedule with the increasing amount of patients.
