My body's a bit tired today. You see, I did get to the gym after work yesterday and I did get a full upper body's lifting in and I did get my 2 mile walk run in and I did get in racquetball after that. 135 minutes of exercise for this desk-job body on the first day of Duke's new Eat Right And Exercise Program. I've got a lot of embroidery floss, if that's what you mean by materials. I can bring it on by, since I've got more than I'll EVER use.

Sometimes I think folks go out of their way to try to make others feel bad, perhaps to make themselves feel important. Not my concept of upholding the concept of courtesy. I hold to the concept if you have an issue with an individual, you should politely address it with them privately rather than public ( ... )
