What is with people lately...

I had someone call my office line, (which isn't even the main switchboard), and yell at me because our 'bill collector' called her on a Sunday wanting payment, and then called her a bitch. I had to politely explain we were a marketing research firm, we don't collect money from anyone, and I work in human resources.

She was a bit embarrassed actually.
