pc problems

I NEED HELP!!! Especially from techies.

I guess my computer's gift to me on my birthday was one last day of working. Last night at 12:05, right after my birthday ended, I had to restart my PC, and it wasn't booting up. Everyone in my office always goes to TekServe. But they couldn't save my boss' computer.

How was the battery life?
It's possible that the physical connection between your cord and your laptop was broken (that's happened to me).

Otherwise, I would call tekserve or geek squad.
