tutorial: auto capping in VLC for windows

I did all of that and for some reason, when I went to Program Files>Videolan>VLC, there was no screencaps. any help on that one?

My bad, it won't cap. How do I get it to automatically cap, I did everything in the tutorial.

is there nothing showing when you follow everything? if there's a video being show when its "capping" then it didn't work.

The video plays like normal so it's not capping. I dunno how to get it to automatically cap. You think it might be something with the version? Perhaps? I dunno what version I have tho
