I've been staring at this prescription for zoloft for 4 days now...

Do it. I'm not trying to push you, but I started Lexapro about 3 years ago, and I can't even explain how much better life was.

I'm still on it. Not right *now*. But my boyfriend can even tell when I've been off of it for long periods of time because I get irritable, angry, and incredibly sad, incredibly quickly.

Good luck. I hope you feel better. Because it can hurt in some pretty incredble, horrific ways.

I know we haven't talked in a while, but please remember: I am always here. You are not alone. When I learned this---that others had been where I was, that others were there to *help* me---things got better by a lot.

Coffee soon, yeah?

Sometimes you only need a month or two of a rx to kick start your serotonin , to give you enough to make some happy things happen in your life, and before you know it, you can do it on your own again. You've been in a bad head space, love, and no one wants to see it cycle.

Try it, there's no harm in it.
