[Scout manages to roll over onto his back with a grimace. He could hear the Captain but couldn't see him.]

[SO MUCH GROANING. And sort of a yelp when he's poked in the broken ribs. But he recognizes that voice.

[Scout's at home, sitting on the porch with a bag of ice up to a bruised eye and broken nose. He looks like he was hit by a goddamn truck, but when he sees Olivier, he'll still shoot her a trademark grin - missing one of its teeth.]
