New job is with NCO Financial, in commercial collections. Today was orientation, in which forms were filled out and initial FDCPA training was completed (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act). Still have fairly little idea of what the nuts and bolts of the job will be, though I understand that I will be in position-specific training by Wednesday

The 'no piggy back' rule is more about making sure everyone has a currently valid pass into the building. If they fire someone, that person won't be able to con their way back in with someone who didn't know they were fired. Really, nobody should be able to con their way in anyway just by following closely and looking like they know where they're going. :)
