State of the Fred
Well, my annual LJ subscription got paid last week, so I thought perhaps I should say something in a vague attempt to get my moneys worth.
Points of note:
- I am still playing WoW.
- I've now been in the same job for approaching 4 years, processing home loan applications for one of the smaller bank-ish entities.

zOMG a post!
I saw Daybreakers with gryffinseye this evening. It wasn't a super awesome movie, but it was pretty good for what it was, and a different sort of take on a vampire movie.
But given the fact that it is an Australian movie, it prompted a discussion afterward...

This evening I saw a late screening of Avatar, 3D, in Gold Class.
The movie was good, and didn't feel as long as the running time indicated.
3D effects were nice, and subtle for the most part. My eyes took about 15 mins to adjust, before the feeling that I might get a headache went away.
