I can't remember, were you in the beta?

What did you think of the DK starting zone/quests/environment? IMO, Blizzard hit one out of the ballpark with it, it was EXCELLENT.

I'm still not 100% with them being integrated in with the 2 factions, but the way it was done was amazing.

i agree, the end "oh, okay, guess we're with you" is .. abrupt, although the rest of the introduction is phenomenal including fruit/spittle followup :P

best. quest. evar. well, except for good old Felhound Poo.

Ironically enough, I would say that quest is part of the problem with the abruptness. It's the only hint of remorse that effects your character specifically, but the rest of the zone so filled with the awesome of Mass Scarlet Slaughter, that it's very overwhelmed. So when Mograine does his about face, your reaction boils down to "lolwut?"

Still, the starting zone as a whole is excellent.

i would argue that "there aren't enough awesome remorse quests like this one" is not a problem with this quest but with every other one! :P
