I uh... just wanted to thank you for the extremely educational post, I've mentally filed it away under back pain, Bengay, and things not to do during sex. Hopefully you're feeling better all around!

in high school, my soccer coach put icy/hot on his leg at a practice, then went and peed in the woods... we heard him screaming from a pretty good distance, and for quite some time. i can imagine it's not a pleasant feeling!

i bet it took your mind off your back pain for a while though! ;)
