Sunday is not good for me. What about Monday June 16? That way we have some time to plan everything out ie where will it be, what time does it begin, who is bringing what, etc.

The only day I'm available this weekend is Saturday, and I'm worried that that is too short a notice for people. Next weekend I may not be in town, and it has come to my attention that the weekend after is the weekend that you leave.
