I think nobody has written about the tsunami because its just another action sequence on television.

I've got some links up on my journal about how to donate to relief agencies. A lot of people on my friends list are also writing about it; I'm a bit disappointed that some of my real life friends and family aren't going as apeshit about it as they are over wars, etc.

I hope your brother and sister have a safe trip to Palestine. (And fun in Amsterdam...yay!) Where are they going?

The links are helpful to me..now I just need to get the money. :)

Thanks for the safe wishes- they are going to the West Back through Jordan. They should be in Amesterdam now. My sister brought with her lots of asprin (b/c apparently thats what they need right now) and some books about muralists like Diego Rivera and artists like Frida. When I talk to her I'm sure she'll have lots to say. She also has her video camera with her so..I'm hoping she gets great footage.
