KERRY, look in the camera and promise that you won’t sign legislation to increase the tax burden on folks making more than $200,000 a year.

it is definitely supposed to be less than $200,000. it's a little mistake, but it's something you might want to go ahead and fix when you get a chance just in case anyone reading this didn't watch the debate or read the actual transcript.
