Well he is Frank, but trust me as Gee gets older and learns about how life works ie the art of seduction as taught by Brendon Urie and Ryan Ross it will get harder for Frank to keep telling him no when Gee is all but throwing himself at him (and even then there will probably be an instance where Gee will throw himself at Frank)so keep your hopes up!
