No offense sweetie, but are you sure that's a healthy number in such a short amount of time? That's nearly 2 lbs a day. I'm no expert and I haven't looked it up, so I don't know if that's too much too fast. As long as it is healthy then *high fives*. Also, holy shit that's impressive man! Geez!

I spoke with my doctor and he's okay with it. Apparently there's a point in the beginning (Especially for big guys) where you lose alot of weight quickly, then it tapers out. Changing eating habits and exercising has alot to do with it. Especially when you stop retaining water and you get your hormones in balance.
