It has been a while since my last entry. Many things have happened since then. First of all, my mom and I were driving out to Chesterfield to drop her fiance off at work, and after we dropped him off, the car died on the highway. Today I volunteered at the nursery from 7:30 to 12:30 and thought that I would lose my mind. It was alright getting to play with the kids and stuff, but, of course there were some ignorant ones as usual. The babies were great; the only problem is that some babies are a little too attached. Today I feel awful; I think there must be a lot of pollen or dust around my house (probably dust) because my allergies have been making me feel terrible. I even took two different types of allergy medication last night and this morning, plus Nyquil, but none seem to have helped ( Read more... )

I am really, really tired today. I spent all day doing volunteer-work at the nursery for much-needed metro hours. Sometimes I really hate metro. I feel like there just isn't enough time to actually volunteer anyplace with everything we are expected to do. Tonight is going to be so boring because I have several article summaries to do. I found out that I have to do 3 article summaries, so that is going to be the most exciting part of my evening. Yesterday was a completely crazy day at my house. I wanted to go right to pick up my tux at the mall, but my brother acted stupid, so we had to call his father to help with him while my mother and I went to pick it up.
