Graduated from Officer Candidate School last weekend. New Army 2nd Lieutenaunt. I'll try and post some pictures when I have more time.

First day of school. My Micro Biology professor seems alright. At least he seems to have a sense of humor. It's great when an instructor isn't completely dry and partially entertaining. Finished the final phase of OCS. It was ten solid days of field training along with a water survival course, confidence course, team building exercise course, drown proofing, and the platoon/squad lanes. Fifteen minute break from studying. Wow, what a transition being back in college after two years of active duty. It's been a while since I've done a real update. Mainly the reason is that I've recently seen a bunch of specials on TV about internet predators. Made me feel a little self conscious about having a journal. Well I made it back in from another operation. This one went pretty quick. It was 48 hours in position with about a three hour drive in and out of the Box. It was actually kind of relaxing. Another OCS weekend down and 4 more to go. It's hard to believe that I've made it this far. When I think of the people we lost there were soldiers who were stronger in an area such as physically, mentally or in there leadership abilities.
