wow, you sure eat a lot of bread. i don't that much but when i do it has to be whole grain, dark breads.
my friend is on a gluten free diet too and she suggested quinoa pasta. she gave me a box of it, which i still have not made into anything, but i thought i would throw that out there for you.

And speaking of biscuits, if you ever have a hankering for some, I highly recommend this product. For Mother's Day, I made biscuits and gravy for my mom and sister and used that mix. We bought a couple of extra biscuits at Jack-in-the-Box because I only made 8 GF biscuits. They both prefered my GF biscuits to the others.
