wow, you sure eat a lot of bread. i don't that much but when i do it has to be whole grain, dark breads.

my friend is on a gluten free diet too and she suggested quinoa pasta. she gave me a box of it, which i still have not made into anything, but i thought i would throw that out there for you.

I really don't. I use it for sandwiches at work, so I can eat something. After not having any bread I just went a little wild. It tastes like sourdough bread. I usually threw bread away when it got moldy or fermented in the fridge.
You're the baker...
Lately I have been eating more corn tortillas, but that is a different thing altogether.

I shall refer you to this post in which I have my list of flours. Last night I went all diner-style and made gf chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and white gravy. A slurry of milk (or water) and sweet rice flour is perfect for thickening white gravy. I do that with my sausage gravy when I do biscuits and gravy for breakfast (or dinner-breakfast).

And speaking of biscuits, if you ever have a hankering for some, I highly recommend this product. For Mother's Day, I made biscuits and gravy for my mom and sister and used that mix. We bought a couple of extra biscuits at Jack-in-the-Box because I only made 8 GF biscuits. They both prefered my GF biscuits to the others.
