4:34pm and 86.9F in my apartment with the AC on. Actually, this doesn't really bother me that much. When it gets over 90 then it does start to bother me a bit, and I start wondering about what I can do to help keep things a little cooler in here ( Read more... )

I feel you, man. I went to pasta house company with my mom on saturday and got sick. I went to outback with my dad for father's day and they served me an effing TERIYAKI steak instead of the GF ribeye I ordred. Didn't take it off the bill or anything. I ate a bit of the potato and a piece of broccoli before it hit me that I got the wrong steak. Didn't eat the steak, still got sick. We went to Baskin and Robbins afterwards and I couldn't bring myself to get any ice cream because I know those scoops touch cones and then go back in the ice cream bins ( ... )

If I thought that saying anything to him would make ANY difference I probably would. As it is, I've tried to tell him things in the past. He didn't even acknowledge anything, and when someone pointed out that I had been speaking to him, he just waved them off without saying anything. He doesn't say excuse me if he's walking past me in a narrow area, nothing. I've considered stopping and physically impeding his progress to force him to say anything to me. I've also considered punching him in the face, but that would just get me in a lot of trouble, and he'd probably press charges, and probably call it a hate crime.

I understand mistakes being made, I understand habits, but neither makes it easier to deal with this.

I really do need to get my ice cream thing started!

Ice cream wise... Ted Drewe's all you have to do is ask for a clean spindle, and as long as you don't order something you know you shouldn't (Oreo, my old fave) you're fine!
