would someone kindly explain to me the purpose of halloween? i am familiar with the concept behind it, but i have never received a satisfactory answer regarding dressing up in elaborate costumes without immediately proceeding to a stage.

an unrelated question: how disturbing would you find it if one friend drew a picture of two other friends in... shall we say, mid-coitus, which is a situation that for your own sanity you would very much like to believe has not and never will happen?
