Heading back to Whitman day after tomorrow. This feels sudden. I feel relatively satisfied about my time spent here at home, so that isn't really the problem. It is just such a strange idea that I'll have to leave my summer behind and reenter into the fast-moving trajectory of school again. School seems to be its own narrative that skips ( Read more... )

SA's can still do shows, wtf are you talking about?????? I asked daniel stoltenberg before I tried for SA, and he confirmed this, having been one himself. So, my dear, you WILL be trying out for shows. Especially mine :)

Oh love, I will do as much as I can, but I want to try out for Merchant, and in order to do that, I may need to strike a deal with Leann, my boss. We will see how it goes. You know I love working for you. :-)

Wow. I feel like the worst friend ever. I didn't even remember that you were going back so soon. Argh. At least at the end of this summer I know it's not really goodbye. It's just an 'I'll see you soon.' I hope you've had a good couple of days back at school. I'll email you and maybe you could email back when you have a chance. I sure miss you, Beth. :(

Oh my dear,
I should have called you, don't worry at all. I think I sort of didn't want to say goodbye, so I just didn't. Not a particularly effective tactic. It's been a crazy week, but I'll send you an email in the next few days, and do let me know how the rest of your summer goes/has gone. I miss you too, good luck heading back to school soon!
