chalk it up to a soft heart, my DOW has allowed my sleeper one last chance with my instructions being to watch her like a hawk. It shall be done. Last night we got one of our guys back at 1:00 am with pneumonia and an order for oxygen. My meeting went well, I imagined it would be fine, but with this meeting came a promotion. I am the new floor supervisor for the night shift and will train and become the night shift med tech as well. My biggest concern is being firm enough with everyone without being a bitch. My psch teacher drives me crazy. The only thing she's been able to mark me down on on my weekly essays are the APA reference citations. Her lovely example is for crap and it's not good enough for my tastes. Someday I'll figure out the magic formula but until then, I shan't have a perfect paper.
