Hi, I've been keeping track of the thread but I don't have an account, I did some investigating and the fish image people are talking about could be related to the children's board game Go Fish by Mattel.

The last one doesn't could, because "fred is red" was a line produced by his company for target. They're copying themselves, not ripping off others.
