So, when using any given chocolate chip cookie dough recipe to make a HUGE chocolate chip cookie, you can NOT put a huge amount of cookie dough on a regular round cookie sheet and expect it to work out. What happens is that it cooks, expands, and oozingly falls all over the edges cookie sheet and onto the floor of your oven. *nods*
