OMG!!!! Between this and the other incident you told us about a few months ago (the kids in the bathroom) I'M ready to report your school! UGH! I remember when Cheska used to pull that kind of shit (remember Nappy NEF???). Stephanie needs to be fired and so does Pushpa! You spoke to Stephanie & nothing happened...the next step is to talk to Stephanie's boss and if THEY don't do anything I'd line up another job immediately, report them to licensing & quit! Even if it's just a temporary job it would be better than Windwood!
I know, as a manager, it SUCKS to tell parents bad news or to admit that a teacher is at fault but you have to just deal with it! Stephanie does not know how to manage if she can't handle these situations with tact & honesty. I know she's your friend but she's not being a very good friend to you when she screws you over like this!

Oh...and start documenting ALL of this shit! Keep your own personal record so you have all of your facts in line if it should come down to something big (like a lawsuit from a parent). Cuz...I can tell you that if it were MY kid...I'd rip him out of that school & have an investigation going SO fast Stephanie's little head would be spinning!

You take care of yourself first and do what you know you need to! I would definately do what everyone else mentioned and report them on my way out. Take em down so fast they won't believe their eye!
