Found mom's recipe for brisket that was always amazing! Takes 5 hours total to make. I cook in oven with an inital rub on it for two hours. Take out and let it rest for 20 mins and slice it...cover it with a sauce and put in a casserole dish and cook for 3 more hours...SO, I do the first part and go to make the sauce and I'm out of ( Read more... )

Was great seeing everyone this weekend. We had good times. I actually slept until 7 am Sunday morning...I was EXHAUSTED since I had woke up at 3 something Saturday morning. Extremely low key weekend. Which was okay....I guess...reactivated my City of Heroes account and fooling around in it again. Will probably keep my interest for about a month or two lol...at the most.

Already looking forward to this next weekend and Tony & Cristie's. I'm tired today and so completely uninterested in working today.

Took down my "myspace" as I'm sick of checking it and nothing is going on with it...most of friends are either on LJ or facebook, so it was annoying. Have a day!

OMG I'm in a horrible mood today....too many people needing too many things without giving a shit towards what else I have going on. I am completely over this week as it has been awful and abusive. I'm even too tired and worn out to even drink. BAH!!!!

Went to friend's (BJ) house and played Rock Band for few hours last night...went home, ate and went to bed. Exciting? Perhaps for someone (me), but not much else to report at the moment
