Not really. Masonry is still a men's mystery, although there are female and mixed groups that have obtained the rituals and perform them and call themselves masons.
However, that doesn't make them actual masons any more than someone reading & going through the rituals in the Farrar's books could be considered to be an Alexandrian. There's just plain more to it.
And, of course, the nature of the dynamics of a mixed group/all female group is different than that of a male-only group.
