Worshipful Master Elect
Tonight, I was elected to be the next Worshipful Master of Renaissance Lodge #312, F&AM of Washington.
My Installation will be Monday, Dec. 17th. It'll be an Open Installation (i.e., Ladies & Non-Masons welcome). -

Today marks the one year anniversary since I tore the plantar fascia in my left foot. At the beginning of that time, I spent over 4 months in a "boot cast", and am still going to physical therapy now, although I've managed to get it down to once a week from twice ( Read more... ) -

Real Food
Met Nina Planck at work today. Shes cool and a very passionate speaker.
Looking forward to reading her book. Traditional diets, she says, are best.
