Wew man xc is so fun. But is also pretty hard, like today we ran a 4-mile tempo which was pretty cool. I came in first (besides darren, but he graduated so he doesnt count) but all of the better runners are up at Stanford. I just got back from vacation at Big Sur... I went with our family friend's and it was muy divertido!! (very fun) To keep it simple, we rented a tent trailor, 6 hour drive there, first day quick swim in river, second day beach, third day gorge, 4th day river but much longer, 5th day 6 hour drive back ( Read more... )

Well today i went to my second xc practice... tis was muy hard because JJ wanted me to run the varsity work out...wew... Before xc started i was doing the soccer conditioning, so that is why i never came to the "pre-summer conditioning".
