Wow take a look at the prices! Jeez fruit isn't gold. Why is it so expensive? Yes we all need to eat more fruit....I know I do. I haven't tried to eat a fruit since 2000 let alone eat a whole fruit. At first I thought that picture was taken at Starbucks. You always seem to have some sort of picture with food or a sign in your live journal entries.

i guess because everything in kauai is expensive..
i want to eat this watermelon that's in the fridge but i don't really know how to go about cutting it. i feel all incompetant and stuff, like i might chop a finger off or incorrectly slice it so that it's not straight through the middle and then my roommates will see and laugh at me because i can't cut watermelons right.
oh, and we can't have fruit like that in the airport. agriculture will get after us because people might bring it on the plane and there's all these problems of brining some sort of weird spider or something to the mainland. interestingly enough, the mainland doesn't have near as strict as guidlines for bringing fruit and stuff to hawaii, even though we have the most endangered plants here and a fragile ecosystem. go fig.
Does canned fruit count? I eat a lot of canned pears. I like them a lot. I know they are not as healthy as fresh fruit, but they sure taste good. And fresh guavas? They are awesome. At my old house we had four guava trees in the yard, and I used to eat them all the time. Next time, bring me home some guavas!

yeah, it counts.. and i know what you mean. i love canned pears! they have that sweet fructose jusice that makes them so el delicious. can't say that i've had fresh guavas either.. or maybe i have and don't remember. i know i've had guava juice, but it's kind of thick so i'm not too fond of it.
Well, to just be alone isn't to be lonely. Lonely is what you feel when you want to be around people you like but for some reason can't be. You can be alone without being lonely, and I am sometimes.
