I would like to say thank you to everyone who left an insightful piece of advice on my last post about finding a job. It really helped a lot.

I need a job. Bad. I've been doing the whole online thing, applying to whatever legal staff jobs I could see. My last two jobs were a research assistant gig for a month and a legal assistant job which I quit after only two and a half weeks because my boss was crazy and the company was going under soon anyway. I'm looking for jobs again, and I came across this job for a paralegal/legal assistant on Craigslist in Brooklyn. The ad is pretty clear that they want someone with experience, and doesn't list the name of the firm you're applying for. Pretty standard stuff really.
