I think sometimes the best leaders don't really act like them all the time. Like, Lord Sun Ce...I was pretty young when he died, but he was like a friend to everyone. Could make a whole army feel like they were part of the family. Master Zhou Yu was always on him about being too informal and reckless and all, but any one of us would have given our lives in a heartbeat for him.

That is all well and good, but doesn't excuse Kondou-san from setting an example for his men.
