Oh Nikki, I'm so sorry to hear this. I know exactly how you feel. A few years ago one of my uncles in Egypt had lung cancer. He did all the treatments, chemotherapy and all but he wasn't getting better. He was a heavy smoker, hell a lot of my family back in Egypt smoke but they quit years ago and he was the only one who continued. He refused to beleive it was the cigarettes and he kept smoking and kept getting worse and when he finally realized that it was the cigarettes it was too late and he died not to long after that. It was so hard for us to go through. I mean we couldn't jump on a plane and fly out there. It's $2,000 per person to fly to Egypt and my family is not rich. I really wished we could have gone out there and be with the family and go to the funeral. My mom didn't get to say goodbye to her brother and it was just an awful time.

I know it's not much, but I know how it feels to lose a family member to cancer as well.
